HOW TO SET TIME, DATE AND 24-HOUR FORMAT
From TIME mode: press and hold the EL/SET button for approximately two seconds; the seconds digits will flash.
Pressing the ST/SP button resets the seconds to zero. Press MODE button to change to the next item. The setting sequence will be a cycle by seconds, hours, month, date and day of week. Pressing the ST/SP button to adjust the flashing digits. After the time and date have been set, press the EL/SET button to return to normal TIME mode.
To view the time in 24-hour format, simply press the ST/ STP button.
HOW TO SET THE ALARM
In TIME mode, press the MODE button once to enter the ALARM mode. The alarm can be set to either schedule or daily alarm
EL/SET button for two seconds to enter into the ALARM setting mode. First minutes will be set and flashing.
Press MODE button to change to the next item, setting sequence will be a cycle by minute, hour, month and date. Be sure that schedule alarm is off by deleting the month and date:
Press the ST/STP button to adjust the flashing digits. Once everything has been set press EL/SET button to exit the Alarm Setting Mode.
To set the schedule alarm, simply follow the same steps as setting daily alarm but set the desired date to have the alarm sound off.
The vibration and sound alarms will operate together for 30 seconds, and can be stopped by pressing any key.
To turn on the alarm, press the RESET button until the “S” symbol shows. Alarm may also be turned on and off under normal TIME mode. The sequence is as follows:

chime on....................
alarm and chime on... alarm and chime off...
TIMER MODE
In the Normal Time Mode, press the MODE button twice to enter the Timer mode.
To use the timer in a count up state, press the ST/STP button to start from zero. Press the ST/STP button to stop. Press RESET button to reset to zero.
To set the timer to countdown, press and hold EL/SET button for two seconds to enter the Timer Setting Mode . Seconds will be set and flashing.
Press MODE button to change to the next item, setting sequence will be a cycle by seconds, minutes and hours. Press ST/STP button to adjust the flashing digits. Once desired time has been set press the EL/SET button to exit the Timer Setting Mode or press the ST/STP button to begin the countdown timer.
CHRONOGRAPH MODE
In TIME mode, press MODE button three times to enter the CHRONOGRAPH mode.
To measure elapsed time, press the ST/STP button to start the counter. Press the ST/STP button to stop the counter.
To view split times, press the RESET button while the counter is running. Press the RESET button again to resume the counter.
To reset the chronograph, press the RESET button when the counter is stopped.
HOW TO OPERATE THE NIGHT VISION™ ELECTRO­LUMINESCENT BACKLIGHT
Press the EL/SET button to activate the Night Vision™ electro-luminescent backlight. The light will remain illuminated for approximately four seconds.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Back case cover should only be removed by an authorized watch repair specialist.
2. Always rinse your watch in fresh water after immersion in salt or chlorinated water.
3. Do not expose watch or band to chemicals such as gasoline, aerosol sprays, paint or solvents.
4. Periodically clean with a soft cloth and fresh water.
WARRANTY INFORMATION Freestyle U.S.A. warrants, to the original purchaser, that its watches are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years under normal use. The warranty excludes batteries, crystal, watch case plating, and strap/ bracelet/ band. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear and abuse.
Special note: Freestyle® watches are designed and engineered to be highly water-resistant, and to withstand the most active of lifestyles. The most important component in keeping your watch water-resistant is the case back O-ring, which prevents water from entering the watch through the case back.
Water leakage most often occurs after improper battery replacement. We strongly recommend having a certified jeweler, watch repair technician or FreeStyle's service center replace your battery. Water leakage due to improper battery replacement is not covered under warranty.
Should your Freestyle® watch require warranty service, send it along with the following:
1. A copy of your sales receipt
2. Your printed name and address
3. Your telephone number
4. A brief description of the problem
5. If your watch was purchased within the last year, there is no charge for processing and handling; if your watch was purchased more than 12 months ago, please include $8.00 for processing and handling, using one of the following payment methods:

REMEMBER: NEVER INCLUDE A SPECIAL WATCHBAND OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL ARTICLES OF VALUE IN YOUR SHIPMENT.

Neither this warranty, nor any other warranty expressed, is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to the mathematical accuracy of the product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusions of or limitations on consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty applies to watches purchased in the United States. For watches purchased outside the United States, please contact your authorized Freestyle® dealer for warranty information.
If your watch requires servicing not covered under our warranty (battery, crystal, strap/bracelet/band, watch case plating), or refurbishing, complete the return form (next column) and return with your watch. Be sure to include a check, money order or credit card information for desired replacement parts. Please include $8.00 for processing and handling.
