2.2 Lieferumfang

Die Einschaltdauer S2 10 min (Kurzzeitbetrieb) sagt aus, dass der Motor mit der Nennleistung (800 W) nur für die auf dem Datenschild angegebene Zeit (10 min) dauernd belastet werden darf. Andernfalls würde er sich unzulässig erwärmen. Während der Pause kühlt sicher der Motor wieder auf seine Ausgangstemperatur ab.

Vorsicht! Restrisiken

Aus Sicherheitsgründen dürfen Kinder und Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren sowie Personen, die
mit dieser Gebrauchsanweisung nicht vertraut sind die Fliesenschneidmaschine nicht benutzen.
5.Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Fliesenschneidmaschine kann für übliche Schneidarbeiten an kleinund mittelgroßen Fliesen (Kacheln, Keramik oder ähnlichem) entsprechend der Maschinengröße verwendet werden. Das Schneiden von Holz und Metall ist nicht erlaubt. Die Maschine darf nur nach Ihrer Bestimmung verwendet werden. Jede weitere darüber hinausgehende Verwendung ist nicht zulässig. Für daraus hervorgehende Schäden oder Verletzungen aller Art haftet der Benutzer/Bediener und nicht der Hersteller. Es dürfen nur für die Maschine geeignete Trennscheiben verwendet werden. Die Verwendung von Sägeblättern ist untersagt. Bestandteil der bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung ist auch die Beachtung der Sicherheitshinweise, sowie der Montageanleitung und der Betriebshinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung. Personen, die die Maschine bedienen und warten, müssen mit dieser vertraut und über mögliche Gefahren unterrichtet sein. Darüberhinaus sind die geltenden UVV-Vorschriften genauestens zu beachten. Sonstige allgemeine Regeln in arbeitsmedizinischer und sicherheitstech-nischen Bereichen sind zu beachten. Veränderungen an der Maschine schließen eine Haftung des Herstellers und daraus entstehenden Schäden gänzlich aus. Trotz bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung können bestimmte Restrisikofaktoren nicht vollständig ausgeräumt werden. Bedingt durch Konstruktion und Aufbau der Maschine können folgende Punkte auftreten:
•Berührung der Diamanttrennscheibe im nicht abgedeckten Bereich.
•Eingreifen in die laufende Diamanttrennscheibe.
•Herausschleudern eines fehlerhaften Diamantaufsatzes der Trennscheibe.
•Bei unsachgemäßer Handhabung Rückschlag von Werkstücken und Werkstückteilen.
•Gehörschäden bei Nichtverwendung des nötigen Gehörschutzes.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Geräte bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen, handwerklichen oder industriellen Einsatz konstruiert wurden. Wir übernehmen keine Gewährleistung, wenn das Gerät in Gewerbe-, Handwerksoder

Industriebetrieben sowie bei gleichzusetzenden Tätigkeiten eingesetzt wird.
6. Vor Inbetriebnahme
•Die Maschine muss standsicher aufgestellt werden, d.h. auf einer Werkbank, oder festem Untergestell festgeschraubt werden.
•Vor Inbetriebnahme müssen alle Abdeckungen und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen ordnungsgemäß montiert sein.
•Die Diamantscheibe muss frei laufen können.
•Bevor Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter betätigen, vergewissern Sie sich, ob die Diamantscheibe richtig montiert ist und bewegliche Teile leichtgängig sind.
•Überzeugen Sie sich vor dem Anschließen der Maschine, dass die Daten auf dem Typenschild mit den Netzdaten übereinstimmen.
•Vor dem Gebrauch der Maschine überprüfen, dass alle Teile unbeschädigt sind; andernfalls diese ersetzen. Beim Ersatz von Teilen oder Zubehör aufmerksam die Anleitung aus diesem Handbuch befolgen.
•Zur Erzielung optimaler Leistungen und maximaler Sicherheit die Maschine stets sauber halten.
•Periodisch das Maschinenkabel kontrollieren.
•Während der Bearbeitung Verschleißteile kontrollieren und die Befestigung eventuell gelockerter Teile sowie den korrekten Einbau der Zubehörteile überprüfen.
•Hinweis! Der Fliesenschneider ist für den Betrieb mit Wasser konzipiert.
•Vor jedem Schnitt und während des Schneidevorgangs sicherstellen, dass der Wasserstand den Diamantteil der Scheibe deckt.
Kühlwasser direkt in die Wanne einbzw. nachfüllen.
6.1 Montage (Abb. 1/9)
Montieren Sie das Gerät entsprechend den Abbildungen 1/2/3/7/9.
6.2 Diamanttrennscheibe wechseln (Abb. 2/3)
Um die verschlissene Scheibe zu ersetzen, verfahren Sie wie folgt:
•Den Netzstecker ziehen.
•Die Seitenabdeckung (17) entfernen.
•Mit dem 8 mm Gegenhalter die Motorwelle blockieren.

•Mit einem 19 mm Schlüssel die Sperrmutter
(18)des Scheibenflansches (16) abschrau-
ben.
•Nach dem Ausbau der Scheibe die Scheibenflansche gründlich reinigen.
•Die neue Diamanttrennscheibe auf den gesäuberten Flansch aufsetzen, den Außenflansch (16) aufstecken und mit der Mutter
(18)anziehen.
•Die Seitenabdeckung (17) wieder fixieren.
Hinweis! Auf richtige Drehrichtung der Diamantscheibe achten!

7. Betrieb
Hinweis! Beim Blockieren der Trennscheibe, Gerät ausschalten und vom Netz nehmen, erst dann das Werkstück entfernen.
7.1 Ebener Schnitt (Abb. 1/4)
•Schnittbreite mit dem Parallelanschlag (2) einstellen und über die Flügelschrauben (10) arretieren. Die Breite des Werkteils kann anhand der Skala abgelesen werden.
•Für diagonale Schnitte (45°), Winkelanschlag
(1) verwenden.
•Abb. 4 zeigt die korrekte Position der Hände während des ebenen Schnitts. Der Vorschub muss der Schneidekapazität der Scheibe entsprechen. Auf diese Weise ist sichergestellt, dass sich kein Material ablöst, was Unfälle oder Verletzungen verursachen könnte.

7.2 45°-Gehrungsschnitt (Jolly) (Abb. 6)
•Tisch gemäß Abbildung 6 positionieren und über die Flügelschraube (7) arretierren. Fliese mit Glasurseite auf die Arbeitsfläche positionieren und sicherstellen, dass die Diamantscheibe die Fliesenglasur nicht berührt. Ggf. Position der Schnittführung korrigieren.
•Abb. 6 zeigt die korrekte Position der Hände während des Gehrungsschnits auf 45°. Die rechte Hand hält das Werkstück in Kontakt mit der Diamantscheibe, während die linke Hand das Werkstück vorschiebt. Der Vorschub muss der Schneidekapazität der Scheibe entsprechen. Auf diese Weise ist
sichergestellt, dass sich kein Material ablöst, was Unfälle oder Verletzungen verursachen könnte.
7.3 Ein/Ausschalter (Abb. 1)
•Zum Einschalten auf die „I“ des Ein-/Aus- schalters (12) drücken.
•Zum Ausschalten auf die „0“ des Ein-/Aus- schalters (12) drücken.
8.Austausch der Netzanschlussleitung
Gefahr!
Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung dieses Gerätes beschädigt wird, muss sie durch den Hersteller oder seinen Kundendienst oder eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.

10. Entsorgung und Wiederverwertung
Das Gerät befindet sich in einer Verpackung um Transportschäden zu verhindern. Diese Verpackung ist Rohsto und ist somit wieder verwendbar oder kann dem Rohsto kreislauf zurückgeführt werden. Das Gerät und dessen Zubehör bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie z.B. Metall und Kunststo e. Führen Sie defekte Bauteile der Sondermüllentsorgung zu. Fragen Sie im Fachgeschäft oder in der Gemeindeverwaltung nach!
9.Reinigung, Wartung und Ersatzteilbestellung
Gefahr!
Ziehen Sie vor allen Reinigungsarbeiten den Netzstecker.
9.1 Reinigung
•Halten Sie Schutzvorrichtungen, Luftschlitze und Motorengehäuse so staubund schmutzfrei wie möglich. Reiben Sie das Gerät mit einem sauberen Tuch ab oder blasen Sie es mit Druckluft bei niedrigem Druck aus.
•Wir empfehlen, dass Sie das Gerät direkt nach jeder Benutzung reinigen.
•Reinigen Sie das Gerät regelmäßig mit einem feuchten Tuch und etwas Schmierseife. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsoder Lösungs-
11. Lagerung
Lagern Sie das Gerät und dessen Zubehör an einem dunklen, trockenen und frostfreiem sowie für Kinder unzugänglichem Ort. Die optimale Lagertemperatur liegt zwischen 5 und 30 ˚C. Bewahren Sie das Elektrowerkzeug in der Originalverpackung auf.
12. Transport
Wenn Sie das Gerät an einen anderen Ort transportieren wollen, trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netz und stellen Sie es an einen anderen dafür vorgesehenen Bereich auf.

1.Diese Garantiebedingungen richten sich ausschließlich an Verbraucher, d. h. natürliche Personen, die dieses Produkt weder im Rahmen ihrer gewerblichen noch anderen selbständigen Tätigkeit nutzen wollen. -Schäden am Gerät, die durch missbräuchliche oder unsachgemäße Anwendungen (wie z.B. Überlastung des Gerätes oder Verwendung von nicht zugelassenen Einsatzwerkzeugen oder Zubehör), Eindringen von Fremdkörpern in das Gerät (wie z.B. Sand, Steine oder Staub, Transportschäden), Gewaltanwendung oder Fremdeinwirkungen (wie z. B. Schäden durch Herunterfallen) entstanden sind.
-Schäden am Gerät oder an Teilen des Geräts, die auf einen gebrauchsgemäßen, üblichen oder sonstigen natürlichen Verschleiß zurückzuführen sind.
4.Die Garantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate und beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum des Gerätes. 5. Intended use
The tile cutting machine is designed for the standard cutting of small and medium-size tiles (glazed tiles, ceramic tiles or similar) which can be accommodated by the size of the machine. It should never be used for cutting wood or metal.
The machine should be used exclusively for its intended purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case of misuse. The user/operator and not the manufacturer will be held liable for damage and/or injuries of any kind that result from such misuse. The machine is to be operated only with suitable cutting-o wheels. Saw blades should never be used. Compliance with the safety instructions, the assembly instructions, and advice and instructions on operation contained in the operating instructions also falls under the terms of intended use. All persons who use and service the equipment have to be acquainted with this manual and must be informed about the machine’s potential hazards. In addition, strict compliance with the accident prevention regulations in force in your area, as well as all other ge-
neral rules of health and safety at work, is imperative. The manufacturer’s liability shall be deemed void if the machine is modified in any way and the manufacturer shall therefore accept no liability for any damages arising as a result of modifications. Even when the equipment is used as prescribed it is still impossible to eliminate certain residual risk factors. The following hazards may arise in connection with the machine’s construction and design:
•Contact with the diamond cutting wheel where it is not covered.
•Contact with the diamond cutting wheel while it is turning.
•Defective diamond tips flying off the cutting wheel.
•Kick-back of workpieces and parts of workpieces due to improper handling.
•Damage to hearing if ear-muffs are not used as necessary.
Please note that our equipment has not been designed for use in commercial, trade or industrial applications. Our warranty will be voided if the machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial businesses or for equivalent purposes.

6. Before starting the equipment
•The machine has to be set up where it can stand firmly, e.g. on a work bench, or it must be bolted to a strong base.
•All covers and safety devices have to be properly fitted before the machine is switched on.
•It must be possible for the diamond wheel to run freely.
•Before you actuate the ON/OFF switch, make sure that the diamond wheel is correctly fitted and that the machine’s moving parts run smoothly.
•Before you connect the machine to the power supply, make sure the data on the rating plate is the same as that for your mains.
•Before using the machine, check all of the parts for damage and replace any parts that are damaged. When replacing any parts or accessories, always carefully follow the instructions in this manual.
•For optimum performance and maximum safety, keep the machine clean at all times.
•Check the machine cable at regular intervals.
•While the machine is running, check the wearing parts and the fastenings of parts which may have become loose and check that all accessories are correctly fitted.
•Notice! The tile cutting machine is designed for use with water.
•Check that the water level is high enough to cover the diamond part of the wheel each time before you start a cutting operation and keep checking it during cutting as well. Fill/ refill the cooling water directly into the trough.
6.1 Assembly (Fig. 1/9)
Assemble the equipment as shown in figures 1/2/3/7/9.
6.2 Changing the diamond cutting wheel (Fig. 2/3)
To replace the wheel when worn, proceed as follows:
•Pull out the power plug first.
•Remove the side cover (17).
•Apply an 8 mm counterholder to block the motor shaft.
•Unscrew the lock nut (18) on the wheel flange (16) with a 19 mm wrench.
•Clean the wheel flange thoroughly once the wheel has been removed.
•Mount the new diamond cutting wheel on the cleaned flange, fit the outer flange (16) and
tighten with the nut (18).
•Fasten the side cover (17) again.
Check that the diamond wheel rotates in the correct direction!
6.3 Adjusting the top wheel guard (Fig. 4)
•Move the wheel guard to approximately 5 mm above the tile you wish to cut. Lock the wheel guard (3) in position with the knurled screw
(9) as shown in Fig. 1.
•Notice!The machine is fitted with a cutting wheel with a non-segmented edge.
6.4 Filling the cooling water tank (Fig. 8)
•Fill the tank as far as the corresponding markings (Fig. 8).
7. Operation
Important! If the cutting wheel becomes jammed, switch o the equipment and disconnect it from the power supply; only then are you allowed to remove the workpiece.
7.1 Even cutting (Fig. 1/4)
•Set the cutting width with the parallel stop (2) and lock in position with the thumb screws (10). The width of the workpiece can be read on the scale.
•For diagonal cuts (45°) use the angle stop (1).
•Fig. 4 shows the correct position for your hands during even cutting. The rate of advance must not exceed the cutting capacity of the wheel. This is to make sure that no material comes off, as this may cause accidents or injuries.

7.3 On/O switch (Fig. 1)
•To switch on, press the „I“ on the On/Off switch (12).
•To switch off, press the „0“ on the On/Off switch (12).
8. Replacing the power cable
Danger!
If the power cable for this equipment is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its after-sales service or similarly trained personnel to avoid danger.
9.Cleaning, maintenance and ordering of spare parts
Danger!
Always pull out the mains power plug before starting any cleaning work.
9.1 Cleaning
•Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor housing free of dirt and dust as far as possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean cloth or blow it with compressed air at low pressure.
•We recommend that you clean the device immediately each time you have finished using it.
•Clean the equipment regularly with a moist cloth and some soft soap. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep into the device. The
ingress of water into an electric tool increases the risk of an electric shock.
9.2 Maintenance
There are no parts inside the equipment which require additional maintenance.

10. Disposal and recycling
The unit is supplied in packaging to prevent its being damaged in transit. This packaging is raw material and can therefore be reused or can be returned to the raw material system.
The unit and its accessories are made of various types of material, such as metal and plastic. Defective components must be disposed of as special waste. Ask your dealer or your local council.
11. Storage
Store the equipment and accessories out of children’s reach in a dark and dry place at above freezing temperature. The ideal storage temperature is between 5 and 30 °C. Store the electric tool in its original packaging.
12. Transport
If you want to move the equipment to a di erent place, disconnect the equipment from the power supply and set it up in the new position you want to use it in.

5.Utilisation conforme à l’a ectation
Le coupe-carreaux peut être utilisé pour les travaux de coupe habituels sur des carreaux de petites et moyennes dimensions (carreaux,
céramique ou similaire) en fonction de la taille de la machine. Il est interdit de découper du bois et des métaux. La machine doit exclusivement
être employée conformément à son a ectation. Chaque utilisation allant au-delà de cette a ectation est interdite. Pour les dommages
en résultant ou les blessures de tout genre, le producteur décline toute responsabilité et
l’opérateur/l’exploitant est responsable. Seuls des disques de meuleuse adaptés à la machine peuvent être utilisés. L’utilisation de lames de scie est interdite. Le respect des consignes de sécurité, du mode d’emploi et des remarques de service dans le mode d’emploi font aussi partie intégrante de l’utilisation conforme à l’a ectation. Les personnes commandant la machine et en e ectuant la maintenance doivent la connaître et avoir été instruites sur les di érents risques possibles en découlant. En outre, les normes de prévention des incidents en vigueur doivent être respectées scrupuleusement. Il faut respecter toutes les règles relevant des domaines de la médecine du travail et de la technique de sécurité. Toute modification de la machine entraîne l’annulation de la responsabilité du producteur, aussi pour les dommages en découlant. Malgré l’emploi conforme à l’a ectation, certains facteurs de risque résiduels ne peuvent être complètement supprimés. En raison de la construction et de la conception de la machine, les points suivants peuvent avoir lieu :
•contact avec la meule tronçonneuse diamantée à un endroit sans protection.
•intervention dans la meule tronçonneuse diamantée en fonctionnement.
•propulsion d’un embout en diamant défectueux de la meule tronçonneuse.
•en cas de maniement incorrect, retour de pièces à usiner et de parties de celles-ci.
•troubles de l’ouïe si vous n’employez pas de protection des oreilles.

Veillez au fait que nos appareils, conformément à leur a ectation, n’ont pas été construits, pour être utilisés dans un environnement professionnel, industriel ou artisanal. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité si l’appareil est utilisé professionnellement, artisanalement ou dans des sociétés industrielles, tout comme pour toute activité équivalente.
6. Avant la mise en service
•La machine doit être placée de façon à être bien stable, autrement dit vissée à fond sur un établi ou un support fixe.
•Avant la mise en service, les recouvrements et dispositifs de sécurité doivent être montés dans les règles de l’art.
•Le disque diamant doit tourner sans obstacle.
•Avant d’actionner l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt, assurez-vous que le disque à diamant soit correctement monté et que les pièces amovibles le soient sans obstacle.
•Assurez-vous avant de connecter la machine que les données se trouvant sur la plaque de signalisation correspondent bien aux données du réseau.
•Avant l’utilisation de la machine, vérifiez que toutes les pièces sont bien exemptes d’endommagement ; sinon, remplacez-les. Lorsque vous remplacez des pièces ou ac-
cessoires, respectez attentivement les consignes de ce mode d’emploi.
•Pour obtenir des prestations optimales et travailler avec une sécurité maximale, il faut garder toujours la machine bien propre.
•Contrôlez régulièrement le câble de la machine.
•Pendant la révision, contrôlez les pièces d’usure et resserrez la fixation des pièces éventuellement détachées. Vérifiez également si les accessoires sont correctement montés.
•Remarque ! Le coupe-carreaux est conçu pour fonctionner avec de l’eau.
•Avant toute coupe et pendant la coupe même, assurez-vous que le niveau d’eau couvre bien la partie en diamant du disque. Remplissez d’eau de refroidissement directement dans la cuve.
6.1 Montage (fig. 1/9)
Montez l‘appareil conformément aux illustrations 1/2/3/7/9.
6.2Remplacement de la meule tronçonneuse diamantée (fig. 2/3)
Pour remplacer le disque usé, procédez comme suit:
•Débranchez la prise secteur.
•Retirez la couverture latérale (17).
•Bloquez l’arbre du moteur avec le maintien de 8 mm.
•A l’aide d’une clé de 19 mm, dévissez l’écrou de blocage (18) de la bride du disque (16).
•Après le démontage du disque, nettoyez-en la bride.
•Enfichez la nouvelle meule tronçonneuse en diamant sur la bride nettoyée, enfichez la bride extérieure (16) et serrez à l‘aide de l‘écrou (18).
•Fixez à nouveau le recouvrement latéral (17).
Veillez au sens de rotation correct du disque à diamant !

7. Fonctionnement
Remarque ! Si la meule tronçonneuse est bloquée, éteignez l‘appareil et débranchez-le du réseau, puis retirez la pièce à usiner.
7.1 Coupe plane (fig 1/4)
•Réglez la largeur de coupe avec la butée parallèle (2) et arrêtez-la via les vis à oreilles (10). La largeur de la pièce à usiner peut être mesurée au moyen de l’échelle.
•Pour les coupes en diagonale (45°), utilisez la butée en coin (1).
•La fig. 4 indique la position correcte des mains pendant une coupe plane. L’avance doit correspondre à la capacité de coupe du disque. De cette manière, on évite que du matériau ne se détache, ce qui pourrait entraîner des blessures.
Remarque ! Contrôlez toujours le niveau d’eau
7.2 Coupe d’onglet 45° (Jolly) (fig 6)
•Positionnez la table conformément à la figure 6 et arrêtez les poignées (7). Positionnez le carreau, côté émaillé sur la surface de travail et assurez-vous que le disque diamant ne touche pas l’émail du carreau. Le cas échéant, corrigez le tracé de la coupe.
•La fig. 6 indique la position correcte des mains pendant la coupe d’onglet 45°. La main droite doit garder la pièce à usiner en contact avec le disque à diamant, pendant que la main gauche pousse la pièce à usiner. L’avance doit correspondre à la capacité de coupe du disque. De cette manière, on évite que du matériau ne se détache, ce qui pourrait entraîner des blessures.
7.3 Interrupteur marche/arrêt (figure 1)
•Pour mettre en marche, appuyez sur le « I » de l‘interrupteur marche/arrêt (12).
•Pour éteindre, appuyez sur le « 0 » de l‘interrupteur marche/arrêt (12).

8.Remplacement de le câble d’alimentation réseau
Danger !
Si le câble d’alimentation réseau de cet appareil est endommagée, il faut la faire remplacer par le producteur ou son service après-vente ou par une personne de qualification semblable afin d’éviter tout risque.
9.Nettoyage, maintenance et commande de pièces de rechange
Danger !
Retirez la fiche de contact avant tous travaux de nettoyage.
9.1 Nettoyage
•Maintenez les dispositifs de protection, les fentes à air et le carter de moteur aussi propres (sans poussière) que possible. Frottez l’appareil avec un chiffon propre ou soufflez dessus avec de l’air comprimé à basse pression.
•Nous recommandons de nettoyer l’appareil directement après chaque utilisation.
•Nettoyez l’appareil régulièrement à l’aide d’un chiffon humide et un peu de savon. N’utilisez aucun produit de nettoyage ni détergeant;
ils pourraient endommager les pièces en matières plastiques de l’appareil. Veillez à ce qu’aucune eau n’entre à l’intérieur de l’appareil. La pénétration de l’eau dans un appareil électrique augmente le risque de décharge électrique.
9.2 Maintenance
Aucune pièce à l’intérieur de l’appareil n’a besoin de maintenance.

10. Mise au rebut et recyclage
L’appareil se trouve dans un emballage permettant d’éviter les dommages dus au transport. Cet emballage est une matière première et peut donc être réutilisé ultérieurement ou être réintroduit dans le circuit des matières premières. L’appareil et ses accessoires sont en matériaux divers, comme par ex. des métaux et matières plastiques. Eliminez les composants défectueux dans les systèmes d’élimination des déchets spéciaux. Renseignez-vous dans un commerce spécialisé ou auprès de l’administration de votre commune !
11. Stockage
Entreposez l’appareil et ses accessoires dans un endroit sombre, sec et à l’abri du gel tout comme inaccessible aux enfants. La température de stockage optimale est comprise entre 5 et 30 °C. Conservez l’outil électrique dans l’emballage d’origine.
12. Transport
Si vous voulez transporter l‘appareil à un autre endroit, débranchez l‘appareil du réseau et placez-le à un autre endroit prévu pour cela.

Le propriétaire de l’appareil électrique est obligé, en guise d’alternative à un envoi en retour, à contribuer à un recyclage e ectué dans les règles de l’art en cas de cessation de la propriété. L’ancien appareil peut être remis à un point de collecte dans ce but. Cet organisme devra l’éliminer dans le sens de la Loi sur le cycle des matières et les déchets. Ne sont pas concernés les accessoires et ressources fournies sans composants électroniques.
Toute réimpression ou autre reproduction de la documentation et des papiers joints aux produits, même sous forme d’extraits, est uniquement permise une fois l’accord explicite de l’ISC GmbH obtenu.

nos produits sont soumis à un contrôle de qualité très strict. Si toutefois, il arrivait que cet appareil ne fonctionne pas parfaitement, nous en sommes désolés et nous vous prions de vous adresser à notre service après-vente à l‘adresse indiquée sur le bon de garantie. Nous nous tenons également volontiers à votre disposition par téléphone au numéro de service après-vente indiqué. La garantie est valable dans les conditions suivantes :
1.Ces conditions de garantie s‘adressent uniquement à des consommateurs, c‘est à dire à des personnes physiques qui ne souhaitent ni utiliser ce produit dans le cadre de leur activité industrielle ou artisanale, ni dans le cadre de toute autre activité indépendante. Les conditions de garantie réglementent les prestations de garantie supplémentaires que le fabricant mentionné ci-dessous promet aux acheteurs de ses appareils en supplément de la prestation de garantie légale. Vos droits légaux en matière de garantie restent inchangés. Notre prestation de garanti est gratuite pour vous.
2.La prestation de garantie s‘étend exclusivement aux défauts résultant d‘une erreur de fabrication ou de matériau d‘un appareil neuf du fabricant mentionné ci-dessous et acheté par vos soins. 3.Sont exclus de notre garantie :
-les dommages liés au non-respect des instructions de montage ou en raison d‘une installation incorrecte, au non-respect du mode d‘emploi (en raison par ex. du branchement de l‘appareil sur la tension de réseau ou le type de courant incorrect), au non-respect des dispositions de maintenance et de sécurité ou résultant d‘une exposition de l‘appareil à des conditions environnementales anormales ou d‘un manque d‘entretien et de maintenance.
-les dommages résultant d‘une utilisation abusive ou non conforme (comme par ex. une surcharge de l‘appareil ou une utilisation d‘outils ou d‘accessoires non autorisés), de la pénétration d‘objets étrangers dans l‘appareil (comme par ex. du sable, des pierres ou de la poussière), de l‘utilisation de la force ou de la violence (comme par ex. les dommages liés aux chutes).
-les dommages sur l‘appareil ou des parties de l‘appareil résultant de l‘usure normale liée à l‘utilisation de l‘appareil ou de toute autre usure naturelle.
4.La durée de garantie est de 24 mois et débute à la date d‘achat de l‘appareil. Les droits à la garantie doivent être revendiqués avant l‘expiration de la durée de garantie dans un délai de deux semaines après avoir constaté le défaut. La revendication de droits à la garantie après expiration de la durée de garantie est exclue. La réparation ou l‘échange de l‘appareil n‘entraîne ni une extension de la durée de garantie ni le début d‘une nouvelle durée de garantie pour cet appareil ou toute autre pièce de rechange installée sur l‘appareil. Cela est valable également dans le cas d‘une intervention du service après-vente à domicile.
5.Pour faire valoir vos droits à la garantie, veuillez enregistrer l‘appareil défectueux à l‘adresse suivante : www.isc-gmbh.info. Veuillez garder à disposition la preuve d‘achat ou tout autre justificatif de l‘achat de votre nouvel appareil. Les appareils envoyés sans les justificatifs correspondants ou sans plaque signalétique sont exclus de la prestation de garantie en raison de l‘impossibilité de les enregistrer. Si le défaut de l‘appareil est inclut dans la garantie, vous recevrez sans délai un appareil réparé ou un nouvel appareil.
Bien entendu, nous réparons volontiers les défauts de votre appareil qui ne sont pas ou plus compris dans l‘étendue de la garantie contre le remboursement des frais de réparation. Pour cela, veuillez envoyer l‘appareil à notre adresse de service après-vente.
