Quick Reference

This Quick Reference gives you an overview of the features and functions of the DYMO RhinoPRO 1000 Label printer. For more detailed information on using your printer, refer to the DYMO RhinoPRO 1000 User Guide.

Function Keys

Function Key Description

					Toggle power on and off.
<				>	Navigate the label and menus.
					Add new line to label; select a
					menu option.
PRINT					Print label.
CAPS					Toggle CAPS on or off.
S					Shift or select alternate key function.
DEL					Delete character to left of cursor.
S +				DEL	Clear current label text & format.
SPACE					Add one space in label text.
SYMBOLS					Select symbol characters.
S+		SPACE
SIZE					Select font size.
LANG					Select language.
STYLE					Select normal, italic, or outline.
S+	SPACE				Adjust print quality.

Printing

	To print ...	Do this ...
	Single label	1. Enter text.
		2.	Press	PRINT .
	Multiple copies of	1. Enter text.
	same label	2. Press S+ PRINT .
		3.	Enter # copies; then				.
		4.	Press	PRINT .
	SERIAL	1. Enter the text with at least
	Serialized labels		one number.
		2.	Press SERIAL and use the
			arrow keys to turn on.
		3.	Press		or PRINT .
		4.	Repeat step 3 for each
			additional label in series.
