Changing Table Assembly
Step 1
Attach the (1) Back Rail Middle (Part D)
& (1) Front Rail Top (Part F) BE SURE
THE GROOVES ARE TOWARDS THE
BOTTOM OF THE UNIT AND FACING
INWARD. & (4) Lower Rails (Part E) to
the Left End Frame (Part A) using (6)
1-1/2″ Allen head Bolts (Part J). See
Figure 1.

Lay the Left End Frame on the floor,

rails up. Slide the Top Shelf (Part G) in
the grooves on the Top Rails,into the
groove on the Left End Frame,insert
the pins on the top shelf into the holes
in the rails.GENTLY PULL THE RAILS
APART.Slide (2) Lower Shelves (Part
H) in the grooves on the Lower
Rails,into the groove on the Left End
Frame. See Figure 2.

Attach the Right End Frame (Part B) to
the Rails using (6) 1-1/2″ Allen head
Bolts (Part J). See Figure 3.

Insert the tenon of the Back Rail Top
(Part C) into the slot on the top of the
Back Rail Middle (Part D), Then insert
the 1-1/2″ Allen head Bolts (Part
J),Through the rear legs into the
threaded insets onto the Back Rail Top
(Part C). See Figure 4.

1.Check that the bolt securing the
strap is tight using the Allen Wrench
(Part K).
2.Insert the strap through the hole in
the Foam Pad (Part L).
3.Place Foam Pad (Part L) on Top
shelf (Part G).
