Intended Use
As described below, every use of the appliance for a purpose differing and/or
diverging from its intended standard use, is prohibited and considered to be an
unintended use.
The following is an intended use:
– cleaning and transportation of dishes in GN containers,
– storage of dishes in GN containers.
Scope of Delivery / Part Name
• Unpack the Gastronorm trolley and remove the packing material pursuant to
environmental regulations.
• Check completeness of delivery according to the list below:

Lateral sections with 15 preinstalled guides and 1

Assembly
1. First, fix 1 bracket each, (B) and (C), at the top and bottom of both lateral
sections, using 2 screws each (F) and 2 dome nuts each (H). Use Allen wrench
(I) and tighten screws.
NOTE!
Fix brackets to square tubing of lateral sections, without container
locking.

2. Slid the connecting strut (G) in between brackets, (B) and (C), in top part of both
lateral sections (A). Fix the connecting strut (G) to the assembled brackets using
4 screws each (F) and 4 dome nuts (H), and Allen wrench (I).
Proceed the same way to fix the connecting strut (G) at the bottom of lateral
sections (A).

3. Fix 4 swivel casters, (K) and (L), on lateral sections. Place 1 nut (E), 1 washer
(D), and 1 damper (J) on swivel casters and screw them into the square tubing
of lateral sections (Fig. 3).
Make sure that 2 identical swivel casters are assembled at the front and at the
rear (with locking or without locking) (Fig. 4).
Installation
1. Set the Gastronorm trolley on swivel casters and check its stability.
2. The Gastronorm trolley may be levelled through screwing in and out swivel
casters.
3. After setting the Gastronorm trolley in a designated place, lock 2 swivel casters
with lockings to prevent accidental relocation or overturn of the Gastronorm
trolley.

GN containers in guides.
2. Secure GN containers at front and
rear with container lockings, lifting
them slightly up and closing before
GN containers (see Fig. to the left).
Scrubbing agents, washing agents with solvents or caustic substances
may damage the surface.
For cleaning, use only agents suitable for stainless steel.

Cleaning
1. Clean the Gastronorm trolley regularly with warm water and a soft, damp cloth.
Use a mild cleaning agent if required.
2. Dry the Gastronorm trolley with a soft cloth.
