Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Alcatel could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC
Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a certified installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Contact your installer or Technical Support if you believe this equipment is causing interference.
THIS MODEL PHONE MEETS THE GOVERNMENT’S REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPOSURE TO RADIO WAVES. This wireless phone is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government. The exposure standard for wireless mobile phones employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. Refer to the MIPT and Desktop Charger User Guide for a detailed explanation of SAR. Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions specified by the FCC with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands. The standard incorporates a substantial margin of safety to give additional protection for the public and to account for any variations in measurements. The FCC has granted an Equipment Authorization for this model phone with all reported SAR levels evaluated as in compliance with the FCC RF emission guidelines. SAR information on this model phone is on file with the FCC and can be found under the Display Grant section of http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid after searching on FCC ID OL3IPT300 (for the MIPT 300) or FCC ID OL3IPT600 (for the MIPT 600).
The actual Alcatel Mobile IPTouch 300 measurements are: 0.061W/kG @ 2462 MHz (head) 0.0379W/kG @ 2412 MHz (body) with a
maximum allowable limit of 1.6W/kG (US) and 2W/kG (EC).
The actual Alcatel Mobile IPTouch 600 measurements are: 0.166W/kG @ 2462 MHz (head) 0.0199W/kG @ 2412 MHz (body) with a
maximum allowable limit of 1.6W/kG (US) and 2W/kG (EC). The only authorized headsets that may be utilized with Mobiles IPTouch 300 or IPTouch 600 are those obtainable from Alcatel or its reseller
partners.
It is recommended that standard acceptance procedures be followed prior to operating this equipment in proximity of life-support systems.
• To minimize risk of interference, pacemaker users should not carry the MIPT next to the pacemaker.
• Earpiece may retain magnetic objects.
• Operation of the MIPT may produce an audible noise noticeable to hearing aid users. It is recommended that a hearing aid compatible headset be used by hearing aid users.
• This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

SAR Werte (MIPT 300): 0.061 W/kG @ 2462 MHz (kopf) 0.0379W/kG @ 2412 MHz (Körper). EG Grenzwert: 2W/kG. SAR Werte (MIPT 600): 0.166 W/kG @ 2462 MHz (kopf) 0.0199W/kG @ 2412 MHz (body). EG Grenzwert: 2W/kG.
