Application Description: Bonding wooden backing to particle board cabinet.

Application Method

Adhesive is applied with a 3MScotch-Weld Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) Easy Adhesive Applicator (for adhesive EZ17060) or 3MScotch-Weld Polyurethane Reactive Adhesive Applicator (for adhesives TE015, TE030, TE100 and TE200).

Long open time, thin glue lines, structural strength.

Helps improve productivity: The customer no longer has to pin nail and fill holes prior to shipping.

Helps eliminate mechanical fasteners: Some process steps are completely eliminated with the help of Scotch-Weld adhesive, which helps reduce overall costs and improve productivity.

Long open time: Adhesives have an open time of about two minutes.

Extrudable grade with medium set time: Ideal for bonding wood and selected plastics.

Thin glue lines: Yields exceptionally thin glue lines.

Ultraviolet light indicator: When viewed under most ultraviolet (UV) lighting, adhesives TE015, TE100 and TE200 have a purple tint, making it easy to detect residue in the bondline that should be removed prior to finishing.
