Process

Adhesive sticks are inserted into progressive-feed applicators. When heated, the adhesive becomes fluid and wets the bonding surface, then cools and hardens to bond surfaces together. Non-permanent bond can be removed by knocking flange protector block from the window with a hammer. Care should be taken not to break bond by sliding blocks across rough surfaces during truck loading.
