The Texas Instruments MC-1000WU-20Acamera features the Texas Instruments TC215solid-statemonochromecharge-coupled-device(CCD) image sensor. The camera is for vision system applications requiring highresolution andhigh-sensitivityoperation. The camera features include:

-TV frame rate, 15 Hz

-High sensitivity, 0.35 lux typical

-12 mm square pixel

-TI-VirtualPhase CCD technology

-High blue response

-High near-IRresponse

-Electron-holerecombination antiblooming

-100% optical fill factor
