Troubleshooting

What do I do if the response time of the remote is slow or it intermittently stops working?

Makesurethattheremoteiswithin100feet(30m)oftheminiUSBreceiverand computer.

Increasethedistancebetweentheremote’sreceiverandthebaseunitsofother wirelessdevices.

Turnoffanywirelessdevicesandtheirbaseunitsthatareneartheremote’s receiver.

Replacethebattery.
