6- or 9-cell Li-Ion battery is provided, depending on model. Battery life of the Pentium® III 850-MHz model using

the 9-cell battery is over 3.5 hours, based on standard configuration used. Battery life using an additional 9-cell

battery in Dualbay is up to 8 hours. Maximum battery life over 9 and a half hours using a 9-cell battery in the

Primary Battery Bay and DualBay along with a 6-Cell battery in the MultiBay. 6-Cell battery in Celeron models only.

Note: Actual results may vary with individual usage. When tested in standard configuration, using Ziff-Davis

BatteryMark Test version 3.0, the battery life of the Armada E500 will range up to 4.03 hours. Standard

configuration is considered to be one battery, a 14-inch 1024 x 768 x 16 bit colour panel set at 50 percent

brightness, Win98, 64 MB RAM, 6 GB HDD, and no other drives other than the hard drive active.

Note: Actual results may vary with individual usage. When tested in standard configuration, using Ziff-Davis

BatteryMark Test version 3.0, the battery life of the Armada E500 will range up to 3.5 hours. Standard

configuration is considered to be one battery, a 15-inch 1024 x 768 x 16 bit colour panel set at 50 percent
