Displays SVCs configured for all ports or a specified port. The cross-connectID is a unique number generated for every SVC. PMP SVCs have only onecross-connectID, though they might have several legs. All cell statistics are updated every 40 seconds, which is the maximum time for holding these counters without overflowing them.
