HALO HEAT . . . a co ntrolled, uniform heat source that gently rethe rmalizes or regenerates prepared

meals and bulk foods to proper servin g temp eratures and aut omatically converts to hot food

Single compartmen t, doubl e door mobile oven with a retherm ther mosta t temp erat ure range of 100° to 400°F (38° to 204°C )

and a hold ing tem perature rang e of 60° to 240°F (16° to 116°C). Oven inc lude s 20 gau ge stai nless

steel ext erior , two (2)

door handles with posit ive lat ch, two (2) ext erior handl es for mane uverability, and is sup ported

by four (4)

5- inch (127mm) heavy duty casters , 2 rigid and 2 swi vel with brake.

 

Electronic control includes a 4-digi t LED displ ay,ON/OFF key, reth erm tem perat ure key, and holdi ng tempe rat ure key.

Control also inc ludes rethe rm mode count -down timer, up and down arro w keys for time and temper atur e adjus tment ,

misc ellan eous indic ator light s for operatio nal statu s, and a start key. The contro l featu res eight (8) program mable menu

keys with the abilit y to set indiv idu al reth erm, hol d, and time parame ters. The control has an autom ati c prehea t progra m

and built-inlock out featu re. Electronic contro l mod el includ es an inter nal produ ct tem perat ure probe .

Manual con trol configurat ion inclu des an ON/OFF pow er switch , adju stab le rethe rm therm osta t, and hol ding tem pera ture

thermo stat. Contro l also inc ludes a 4-hour timer, and an exte rior gaug e to monitor int ernal ove n air temp erat ure.
