Engineered with 99% stainless steel for corrosion resistance, there are no painted surfaces.
For productivity, flaps are folded and tightly sealed at up 28 cases/minute.
Height and width adjust easily for cases as small as 4.75" high x 4.75" wide and as large as 24.5" high x 21.5" wide.

Stainless Steel Case Sealer
Boxes must meet current FBA/PMMI voluntary standards for RSC containers. Boxes not meeting these standards – for example, width is more than 50% of length or depth is less than 25% of length – should be test run to ensure satisfactory machine performance.

Packing: Contents must be heavy enough to hold box flat on conveyor bed with bottom flaps fully closed. Contents must support top flaps. Contents must not extend beyond top flap score line.

Operating conditions: Use in relatively clean environments at 40°F to 120°F (5°C to 50°C) with clean, dry boxes. Machine should not be washed down.
